Fields of Dreams was founded because we recognised a deep need to be a voice for students who struggle in mainstream education.
We strive to stand alongside parents who are trying to navigate a complex system & may not know where to turn. Sometimes that means simply being there to listen; other times, it means offering guidance to help families access the support they deserve.
Our Dedicated Team
Emi-Lu is our Founder and a proud Mum of two wild-hearted, neurodivergent girls. They remind her daily that nature heals, animals help to teach, and that love is the greatest classroom. Emi-Lu blends creativity, intuition and wisdom to nurture others. Her world is entwined with dance, laughter, music, mud and magic; and she believes that the quiet kind of magic happens when people feel seen, safe and free to be their truest selves.
Hayley is a devoted Mum of five; with four grown children and her youngest (14) who is PDA. She is passionate about creating spaces where everyone feels understood, cared for and free from judgement. Hayley believes deeply in listening carefully to every voice, and ensuring that everyone is truly supported. She loves all living things (even spiders) and really enjoys being outdoors, whatever the weather.
Sally has a lifelong love for volunteering and a deep passion for connecting with people and the outdoors. She believes in the power of community and finds joy in contributing to spaces where everyone feels valued and supported. Travelling is Sally’s happy place, offering her inspiration and a sense of freedom, while long walks with her spangly spaniel never fail to make her heart smile.
Stanley is part of our Weekend Animal Care Team, and a huge fan of games. He has a real soft spot for animals; especially cows. He enjoys sipping Irn-Bru and is a big fan of peacemaker. At weekends you can find him keeping up the hard work of looking after the animals, and making sure they have the enrichment and love they are used to.
