The Fields of Dreams Farm is a nurturing alternative provision that supports individuals with SEND, SEMH and for those who have also experienced trauma. Through our unique, bespoke, child-led programmes, we provide a safe space that welcomes all, no matter where they are in their journey.
Current Opportunities
Fields of Dreams Farm is expanding and has two part-time opportunities available within our nurturing, outdoor provision.
1:1 Support Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to support a child on a 1:1 basis in a calm, therapeutic farm environment.
Hours: Tuesday & Thursday, 10:00am–3:00pm
Pay: £13 per hour
Additional hours may be available on other days if required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 Childcare qualification (essential)
- Experience with children, SEND, or neurodivergent young people is desirable
- A patient, flexible and child-led approach

Part-Time SEND Support – Alternative Provision
We are also looking for a part-time SEND support worker to work with children and young people attending our Alternative Provision.
This role involves supporting engagement, emotional regulation and participation in farm-based and practical activities within a supportive, trauma-informed setting.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 Childcare qualification (essential)
- Experience working with SEND children and young people
- Calm, consistent and nurturing approach
Hours for this role will be discussed and agreed based on availability and provision needs.
